This is THE BEST CHOCOLATE I have ever had. Hands down.No question. I had a small (bite sized really) bar from Whole Foods a few days ago but I found this wonderful full sized bar at World Market on sale. It is milk chocolate but it has a wonderful tannin flavor that dark chocolate has.
I know that there will be a lot of really wonderful chocolate in Paris and I cannot wait. Hopefully I will find some that I love even more than this chocolate. It will be hard to beat though.
