Cheese Island at Whole Foods, Omaha, NE. Tomorrow Jon and I are having a picnic and we really needed a cheese to go with our sopressata and baguette. More about the picnic tomorrow. But seriously...being lactose intolerant sucks...but I eat all kinds of cheese anyway. Don't the baked brie and pate look great. I love pate, I think it tastes just like braunschwager which I also love. My mom and dad used to eat it all of the time when we were growing up either on saltines or on toast with margarine. So, pate reminds me of my childhood...but in a much more expensive version.
